How do I connect Zapier to Mercateer?

Create an API key in Mercateer under Settings, then Developer, add Mercateer as a connection in Zapier, and paste the key. From there you build Zaps with Mercateer triggers and actions like any other app.

What can trigger a Zap?

A new contact added to your CRM. The New Contact trigger is instant, delivered by webhook the moment the contact is created. More front-office triggers (new lead, quote accepted, appointment booked or rescheduled, and call completed) are being added.

What actions can a Zap run in Mercateer?

Do I need to manage webhooks myself?
