How do I connect Make to Mercateer?

Create an API key in Mercateer under Settings, then Developer, then add a Mercateer connection in Make and paste the key. You can then use Mercateer triggers and modules in any scenario.

What instant triggers are available?

New lead captured, contact created, conversation started, conversation closed, conversation handoff requested, quote accepted, appointment booked, appointment rescheduled, and call completed. Triggers are instant, delivered by webhook the moment the event happens.

What modules can a scenario run?

Do I have to manage the webhooks?
